Vjem provides a popular venue finding service that is absolutely free to use.
A key attraction for clients is the valuable time saved searching for space, which frees them up to focus on other tasks. We have developed relationships with a large number of venue managers over the years such as:
• Exclusive venues such as The Wallace Collection, Kensington Palace and The London Eye.
• Luxurious hotels like The Landmark, Mandarin Oriental or Savoy.
• Beautiful outdoor spaces such as Room by the River or the Kensington Roof Gardens.

How we work
We take a detailed brief from you then begin sourcing venues and negotiating rates based on your requirements. Four suitable venues are then provisionally booked on your behalf, and we send you a proposal outlining the options. We will also organise site visits for you, and once you are happy with your choice, we confirm the booking. Some clients opt to buy in all, or elements of our event planning services too.
As part of our service, we will also book hotel rooms for you.
A bit about public open spaces
Our work requires us to work closely with local authorities who are often responsible for hiring out public spaces. For a small fee, we can advise you on the suitability of a space for your proposed event, and submit applications (e.g. park hire and licence/permits) on your behalf.
Whatever the outdoor occasion, celebration, launch, fun day, community event, festival, charity or team building event, we will assist you with the planning and management to deliver a fabulous and memorable event.
